Electric Flava became a member of the Tennessee Better Business Bureau in 2020. Our goal is to ensure quality food options for employees, contractors, and visitors. We offer something for everyone. Today, the Electric Flava brand is offered in various ways such as a spice, meal prep, and catering service.

Chef Meleka brings over ten years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality business with an associate degree in culinary arts. She is licensed from the famed Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. She is a certified menu planner and holds a certification in food safety.

Her drive and passion are to provide quality food to people and give them back their freedom when it comes to their health and bland tasteless food.

Chef Meleka was honored in 2008 by President George W. Bush for her hospitality and services. She has been featured on ABC News Channel and Fox 24 for Meal Prep Mondays. She was on the cover of Midland Magazine for her journey in culinary arts and Electric Flava Café. She is the author of “Same Hustle Different Product” that discusses her health care journey to healthier eating and a lifestyle change.

Dr. April Webster brings over ten years of business experience to this dynamic team. She has successfully operated and owned several businesses for over a decade. Her passion is to serve others and provide quality service in every area. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work and Master of Arts in Public Administration specializing in Human Resources from Kentucky State University; Doctorate in Christian Pschology from International College of Ministry. She is the author of Daddy’s Girl and I AM that discusses working the principles for a better life.
